The signs had become weathered and outdated, making it necessary to give them a fresh look. The new signs are not only designed to be more attractive but also more durable and easier to maintain. Unlike the previous signs, where decals were applied directly to plywood, the new signs are printed on individual aluminum panels. This means that if a sign needs to be replaced or updated, the aluminum panel can be easily swapped out without having to redo the entire structure, saving time and resources.
The entire project was funded and carried out by the Beiseker Chamber of Commerce. It was a grassroots effort with no outside funding or external contractors. All the work was completed by volunteers from the Chamber of Commerce.
